Returns & Refunds Policy
All items must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition to be eligible for a return. If an item arrived in a damaged packaging or damaged condition, buyer must let us know within 72 hours of receiving and send us an email with pictures and all details at returns@babylamby.com to get their issue escalated to the proper business area. Damaged item claims after the 72 hours of receipt of delivery will not be honored for refunds.
To return a product and get return address, send us an email within 14 days of receiving the items at returns@babylamby.com with order number and reason for the return. In reply company will issue an RTM number which must accompany the returned merchandise for tracking purposes. Refund requests after the 14 days receipt of delivery will not be honored for refunds. Clearance and final sale items are non-refundable.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Gift cards/e-Gift cards are non-refundable.
REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know the status of approval of the refund request. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception.
Baby Lamby is not responsible for lost/damaged or delayed packages once a package is shipped and a tracking number is issued. If a package is delayed or lost and you have the tracking information, please reach out to the carrier directly. Baby Lamby will not issue a replacement or refund unless a package is damaged or delayed due to the negligence in Baby Lamby's part. Baby Lamby is not responsible for packages lost, delayed or damaged by any carrier.
If a package is delayed and you do not have the tracking information, please reach out to us at orders@babylamby.com, send your inquiry with your order number and we will be happy to provide you tracking information. All refunds will require Baby Lamby's approval, and once approved your refund will be processed within 3 business days from our end. A credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment and may take up to 2 weeks to be processed depending upon the policy of your financial institution.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund then kindly confirm with your bank first before reaching out to us. Also, contact your credit card company; as they may take some time before posting your refund to your account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted and if you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund you can reach out to us at returns@babylamby.com.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs are non-refundable, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Depending upon your/customer's location, the times may vary for your returned product to reach us. We encourage all customers to utilize trackable shipping methods and obtain parcel insurance, company will not be responsible to replace or issue refunds for the products lost during return process if sent without tracking information.
