Returns Policy

To return a product and get return address and details, send us an email within 14 days of receiving the items at returns@babylamby.com with order number and reason for the return.

To be eligible for a return, item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. If an item arrived in a damaged packaging or damaged condition, buyer must let us know within 72 hours of receiving the order. Send us an email with pictures and all details at returns@babylamby.com to get your issue escalated to the proper business area.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know the status of approval of the refund request.

With an approval your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 2-3 weeks.

If you haven’t received a refund then kindly confirm with your bank first before sending us an email. Also, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted and if you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@babylamby.com

Shipping is free within US, international shipping costs are non-refundable and buyer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning an item. Depending on where you live, the time may vary for your returned product to reach us. All buyers should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item since it solely depends on the shipping carrier and variable factors.
